Robert A. Behar, MD, a highly regarded Radiation Oncologist presently serving as Founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of North Cypress Medical Center, and also as Director of the North Cypress Cancer Center, has been named a 2018 Top Doctor in Cypress, Texas. Dr. Behar is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Radiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He provides expert diagnosis and treatment for a wide array of conditions, is the recipient of numerous awards and honors, and has been published extensively. With a passion for delivering quality care, he is recognized for his expertise in brachytherapy, Hodgkin's Disease, prostate and breast cancer, brain tumors, stereotactic radiosurgery, and head and neck cancers.
Dr. Behar is committed to staying current with the new developments, guidelines, and procedures in his field, which he does through his professional membership with the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association, the Radiological Society of North America, the American College of Radiology, and the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, among others.
