Saudia emergency landing at Jeddah Airport

Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) flight #SV3818 from Medina (Madinah) to Dhaka was diverted in mid-flight to for an emergency landing after nose landing gear malfunction.

Saudia Airbus A330-200 wet-leased from Onur Air (reg. TC-OCH) made an emergency landing at Airport.

All 141 passengers and 10 crew members onboard were evacuated safely.

The aircraft circled for hours and did two low passes until it landed on runway 34R at around 2200 Local time with the nose landing gear retracted.

The Airbus 330 suffered important damages but passengers were evacuated via emergency slides. No injuries were reported.
