As many as 49 companies with Azerbaijani capital were registered in Turkey in April 2018 that is 9 companies less than in the same period of 2017, according to a report of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).
The report says that the total capital of Azerbaijani companies registered during the fourth month of 2018 totaled 29.4 million Turkish liras, while the total capital of Azerbaijani companies that entered the Turkish market in April 2017 amounted to 17.3 million Turkish liras.
"In April 2018, 8,563 foreign companies were registered in Turkey, which is 33.10 percent more compared to April 2017," the TOBB said.
In total, 136 Azerbaijani companies were registered in Turkey in 2017.
In general, 58,422 foreign companies were registered in Turkey in 2017.
In January-April 2018, 83 companies with Azerbaijani capital were registered in Turkey
