Tamuq recognises outstanding graduates


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Texas A & M University at Qatar (Tamuq) recognised its outstanding students at a recent luncheon honouring graduating seniors. Six graduates were named student of the year by Tamuq's six academic programmes.
Neeraja Renganathan (chemical engineering), Taif Mohamed (electrical engineering), Shaikha al-Qahtani (science programme), Mohamed Idris (petroleum engineering), Basel Hindi (mechanical engineering) and Mohamed Yoosufani (liberal arts) were the achievers.
Graduating seniors of Tamuq also recognised outstanding faculty during the luncheon. They were Dr Mohamed N Nounou (chemical engineering), Dr Joseph J Boutros (electrical and computer engineering), Dr Michael J Schuller (mechanical engineering), Dr Mohamed Fadlelmula (petroleum engineering), Dr Mark J M Van de Logt (liberal arts) and Yeran Soukiassian (science programme).
