(MENAFN) Prosecutors declared that ten children, whom have been saved from a house in California, were beaten, strangled, shot using a ball bearing gun and exposed to waterboarding by their father, and their mother, who didn't resist it.
Court documents revealed detains to raise the bail of Ina Rogers, aged 31, who was charged with nine counts of child assault in Solano Superior Court.
Rogers had rejected accusations that her children were abused before, as she was also chared with a count of child neglect to all ten of her children.
While her husband, Jonathan Allen, aged 29, was convicted to nine counts of felony child abuse and seven counts of felony torture, as he remains in jail on USD 5.2 million dollars bail.
