TD Bank achieved a retail customer satisfaction score of 844 in Florida from J.D. Power, 7 points ahead of its closest competitor. This is the third time in the past six years that TD Bank has captured the J.D. Power trophy in Florida. TD Bank also ranked highest in customer satisfaction in Florida in 2013 and 2016.

In Florida, the J.D. Power study ranks 10 banks on categories that include communication/advice, convenience, account opening, product/fees and problem resolution, and channel activities.
