(MENAFN) South Korean Chang Woe-Ryong was declared to have been appointed as the head coach of China Super League (CSL) club Henan Jianye.
The club confirmed the appointment to have come after the resignation of Dragan Talajic as its head coach.
Chang commented "I watched Jianye's three most recent games, I feel that they lost their spirit, so my first thing is to refresh them and help them to regain confidence."
He added "the club set a target for me of keeping Jianye in the CSL, so we must get 30 points at least. From now on, I must try my best to combine everyone's energy, skill and spirit to realize it."
