(MENAFN) An elderly woman, aged 91, has been robbed out of almost USD1,396 after she was tricked into giving him her bank cards.
Surrey Police are ongoing probes over the identity of the " courier", who was caught on video in a shop after the woman, from Ewell, has giving him bank cards.
The woman was the victim of what police described as" courier fraud", where a suspect fakes being an employee from the bank, or even police officers.
The suspects persuaded the woman that her account had been robbed, and had her hand over some information for the" courier" to gather the cards.
