QRCS signs deals with Unicef, IRCS for Iraq water rehabilitation


(MENAFN) Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) was confirmed to have signed a number of deals with both the Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) and the United Nations International Children"s Fund (Unicef).

The agreements were signed for re-establishing water and sanitation facilities in Iraq's Nineveh province.

The signing ceremony was said to have been signed on the sidelines of the 10th regional conference of the Red Crescent and Red Cross Societies in the Middle East and North Africa.

QRCS Secretary General Ali Hassan Al Hammadi was declared to have signed the deals with the deputy representative of Unicef in Iraq Hamida Ramadani.
