(MENAFN) Qatar's United Development Company (UDC) was declared to have commenced work on its Gewan Island project, covering 400,000 square meters.
The new luxury project was said to be presenting a contemporary community that offers residential units, retrial outlets, entertainment facilities, as well as restaurants and cafes.
UDC has issued a statement explaining the project to be concluded by 2021, with the construction site near The Pearl-Qatar.
The company was also confirmed to have signed a letter of intent with QNB for funding the development of the luxurious project.
