(MENAFNEditorial) Neodocto Malaria Eradication Program is a great initiative by Neodocto Foundation, USA to fulfil its corporate social responsibility. Neodocto's team is travelling across India to meet up with various ministries and medical associations to achieve this goal. Manhattan, New York: April 23rd, 2018: India's Largest Association of doctors named Indian Medical Association (IMA), head quartered in New Delhi extended their support to Neodocto's Malaria Eradication Program.
Neodocto's Global Vice President and Chief Innovative Officer, Dr. Phani Bhushan Sanneerappa received a warm welcome at I.M.A. House, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi, India recently. He was welcomed by Dr. R. N Tandon, Honorary Secretary General of Indian Medical association who later introduced Dr. Sanneerappa to his doctor colleagues and various other administrative staff.
After discussing the incidence, prevalence, morbidity and mortality rates, demographics, endemic areas and spread of malaria with Neodocto's Vice President, Dr. Tandon told that he would be more than happy to share the regional statistics and also assist Neodocto in every way to deploy its strategies to control and later eradicate malaria from India. They also discussed about use of medicated mosquito nets to kill mosquitoes. As the incidence of Dengue fever and Chikungunya fever cases are on the raise in New Delhi, which are also caused by mosquitoes, Dr. Sanneerappa agreed that an urgent intervention was the need of the hour.
Dr. Phani Bhushan Sanneerappa, is a well-known Pediatrician practicing in the Republic of Ireland. He has many national and international publications including Irish Medical Journal and British Medical Journal. He takes immense interest to teach medical students during his practice and tries to bring back smiles on children and their parents every day. Dr. Sanneerappa told that Neodocto Malaria Eradication Program will work very closely with IMA in various phases in future to execute its strategies.
