(MENAFN) A rejected NSW woman ran over her former boyfriend before she punched him multiple times while he was still stuck under the car.
Susan Jane Jongsma's ex-boyfriend was spotted standing in front of a fence when she sped up towards him in the path of his Goulburn home.
Jongsma, then 51, was imprisoned for at least two years and three months for the assault, which she claims she doesn't recall.
She added that she was under the effect of alcohol at the time, as she was suffering a depressive illness and their relationship was dysfunctional and stiff.
