(MENAFN) A previous Masterchef participant has died after collapsing at London Marathon, the hottest marathon ever.
He was running in the remembrance of his father, Martin, who died two years ago.
Matt Campbell, of the Lake District, who finished the Manchester race in less than three hours, has died after losing his consciousness at the 22.5 mile mark.
The London marathon organizers declared:" With deep sadness, we confirm the death of a participant in the 2018 Virgin Money London Marathon."
