(MENAFN) The Minister of Interior Abdorreza Rahmani-Fazli has held talks on the developments which took place in the last days of the previous Iranian year (ending on March 20, 2018) and also the plans for the current year, Iran Daily quoted the spokesman of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy as said on Monday.
"Most security should be provided for the people although the international and regional enemies are trying to harm us," Hossein Naqavi-Hosseini quoted the minister of interior saying at the commission, IRNA reported.
"The first priority of the Interior Ministry in the current year is to elevate content and prevent discontent," Rahmani-Fazli told the meet.
"Some hegemonic powers and Saudi Arabia are trying to pressure the Iranian people to increase discontent," the minister said according to Naqavi-Hosseini.
