Rauf Rzayev was appointed assistant to the Azerbaijani Energy Minister, the Ministry told Trend on April 23.
Rzayev took up this post in April 2018, the ministry said.
Previously, he headed the investment and project management department at the Azerbaijani State Agency for Alternative and Renewable Sources of Energy.
