New Delhi, Apr 23 (KNN) In a bid to connect the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) exporters with parts of Europe, Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture Aurangabad (CMIA) is to hold an interactive session with the officials from Antwerp port.

Ms.Malini Dutt along with Mr Raj Khalid, Antwerp Port India representatives are to be a part of the interactive session.

The meeting is to take place on Monday, 23rd April 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at CMIA Office, P-2, Bajaj Bhawan, MIDC Railway Station.

Over the years, the Port of Antwerp has played a very active role in engaging with Indian exporters & forwarders and presenting itself as the gateway for Indian Ocean freight to Europe, CMIA said in a release.

The session will present Indian customers with an opportunity to interact with the Antwerp representatives and explore how routing cargo through Antwerp offers cost advantage, efficiency, reliability and security for their supply chain operations, the release added.

The Port of Antwerp is Europe's second largest port based in Belgium has a marketing office in Mumbai for the past 12 years. Antwerp representatives would be meeting the exporters and freight forwarders exporting or importing goods between the India- Europe corridor to help raise an awareness of the port's capabilities and facilities.
