Afghan: suicide bomb attack death toll rises to 31


(MENAFN) The fatalities of the Islamic State terror group suicide bomb attack, which hit a voter registration center in Afghanistan's capital, has raised to over 31.

Wahid Majro, Public Health Ministry spokesman declared that 54 people were injured in the huge blast in Kabul, which destroyed windows miles away from the site.

Majro added that the injured have been transferred to many Kabul hospitals, meanwhile, the officials are in effort to identify the victims.

Police have closed all roads which lead to the scene, as only ambulances are permitted.
