(MENAFN) A homeless man has been charged of the murder case of a California father, who was stabbed to death in his neck while his daughter, aged five, sat in his lap in a busy beach side restaurant.
Jamal Jackson, aged 49, was charged with first-degree murder of Anthony Mele, aged 35.
Jackson has been detained in Ventura County jail on bail.
Mr Mele and his wife were dining along with their daughter at Aloha Steakhouse in Ventura.
