Now, Preeti Simoes threatens Kapil Sharma with a defamation suit

The upheaval in Kapil Sharma's life is not coming to an end anytime soon. His war with his former manager and alleged ex-girlfriend Preeti Simoes is intensifying with each passing day.
The latest development has it that Preeti has refuted all the allegations made by Kapil in his police complaint which was leaked recently and has threatened to file a defamation case against him.
Kapil accused Preeti of charging money from his show's audience
Details
In his complaint, Kapil stated that Preeti, along with her sister Neeti Simoes, used to charge money from the audience that came on his show and blamed it on the talent manager, Anushree.
He further said, "Later, when I met Anushree at some programme, she revealed that Simoes sisters were actually doing it. She also told me that the rates varied depending on rows."
Preeti refuted all such allegations
Response
Speaking to an entertainment portal, Preeti said, "Unfortunately, I hoped that the allegations were up to my standard than theirs. I am not going to sit and sell tickets for Rs 30,000. Also, I am wondering who will buy a Rs 30,000 ticket to watch the show?"
She then went on to make a veiled threat about filing a defamation suit against the actor-comedian.
