(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) An Emirati woman sustained minor injuries and lost consciousness after crashing her car into the storefront of a furniture shop in Khor Fakkan.
As another motorist had tried to overtake her vehicle from the left, the 27-year-old woman was forced to veer off the road, jump the pavement and crash into the storefront to avoid a collision, reported Al Ittihad.
At 12:15pm, the Khor Fakkan operations room was tipped off that a car accident had taken place at Al Tamam furniture shop near the police headquarters along Sheikh Khalid Street.
The woman was injured and fainted after the collision. She was immediately shifted to Khor Fakkan hospital for medical care.
The storefront was partially destroyed as a result of the incident.
