Lava launches India's first Android Go smartphone at Rs. 2,400

Lava Z50 has finally been launched as India's first Android Oreo (Go edition) smartphone.
The smartphone is available for a price of Rs. 4,400 at all e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Snapdeal and over 1,00,000 retail stores.
Further, Airtel is offering a cashback of Rs. 2,000 on the smartphone under its 'Mera Pehla Smartphone' initiative, bringing down the phone's price to Rs. 2,400.

The Lava Z50 features a 4.5-inch display with FWVGA (480x854 pixels) resolution and 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass.
The phone, that comes in the two color options of black and gold, measures 135x66.6x9.7 mm and weighs 140 grams.
The device is available with a warranty of two years along with a free one-time screen replacement that is valid for one year.
