Sacked FBI agent McCabe attacks Trump for 'extended humiliation'

(MENAFN) President Trump and his administration have been criticized by former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe for what they presented of "extended humiliation" and "unhinged public attacks" against him.

McCabe revealed he received notice of his dismissal as FBI deputy director from an acquaintance who spoke to him through the phone for a news report, before the Justice Department sent him an email later.

While speaking to The Washington Post, he condemned the president stressing "after two decades of public service, I found out that I had been fired in the most disembodied, impersonal way."

The Justice Department declared the decision to sack him had occurred based on a suggestion presented by an internal FBI office that is in charge of disciplinary issues.
