Zakhelwal discuss peace, bilateral ties with Abbasi


(MENAFN- Pajhwok Afghan News) KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghan Ambassador to Islamabad Dr. Omar Zakhelwal and Pakistan Prime Minister Shaid Khaqan Abbasi have discussed various issue during a meeting.

€œToday called on Pakistan PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, discussing a range of issue, steps to improve our bilateral relations and efforts that would help with peace and stability,€ Zahelwal tweeted on Wednesday.

Abbasi also offered condolences for victims of the recent barbaric terrorist attack in Kabul that left 33 people dead and 65 wounded.

Earlier in the week, President Ghani extended an invitation to Abbasi to visit Afghanistan to initiate state-to-state comprehensive dialogue between the neighbours.
