(MENAFN) The fourth storm within three weeks has started it strike in New York City and its surrounding areas,leaving thousands of flights cancelled,public schools shut.
The New York City Department of Sanitation has announced a snow warning,as the wet snow is predicted to fall heavily during the day.
Substitute Side Parking policies will be dismissed on Wednesday and Thursday,meanwhile ,drivers are advised to travel using mass transit if they can.
Bill de Blasio,New York City Mayor confirmed that the public schools will be shut,as the storm began.
