NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK, USA, March 20, 2018 / EINPresswire.com / -- Shema Kolainu – Hear Our Voices ( SKHOV ) Free Autism Workshop Series proudly presents 'Augmentative and Alternative Communication for Individuals Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder' on Tuesday, March 27th from 9:30am to noon at Touro College in New York City. Sara Goldstein, M.S.Ed., CCC-SLP, TSSLD, will lead the workshop and discuss current AAC topics, including alternative speech methods, strategies and more.
This workshop is open to the public. It is part of the growing FREE Autism workshop series presented by Shema Kolainu whose aim is to increase education, awareness and skills for those diagnosed with ASD and their supporters.
