(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Arabian Properties launched its new project, 'Oceana' luxury apartments at an event held at Grand Hyatt Muscat on Monday.
The project is expected to finish in June 2020, Habib Murtadha Abdul Redha, managing director of Eshrakat al Jazeera Real Estate, told Muscat Daily.
'The project consists of 180 housing units with apartments between 65sq m and 161sq m. Their prices will range from RO37,000 to RO92,000,' Redha said. 'They will be spectacular apartments designed and developed in a prime location, on the 18th November Street next to The Chedi Muscat and within walking distance to the nearby beaches. Nestled in a secure and peaceful environment, the development will also consist of a swimming pool, fully equipped gym and private parking facilities.'
