Garmin launches activity tracker in India for just Rs. 4,999

As a successor to the popular Vivofit 3 launched in 2016, Garmin has now launched the Vivofit 4 smart activity tracker band in India.
The Vivofit 4, priced at Rs. 4,999, comes with a battery that can last up to a year on a single charge (Garmin claims so) and is available exclusively on Amazon India.

The Vivofit 4 can track steps, distance, calories burnt, and sleep along with activities like biking, running and swimming - courtesy Garmin's Move IQ feature.
Further, it has a 1-year battery life (user-replaceable batteries) and weighs just 25 grams.
The band features a 11 x 11mm color display which has a resolution of 88 x 88 pixels.
Vivofit 4 tracks both activity and inactivity

The Garmin Vivofit 4, apart from tracking activities like running, walking, sleeping etc., also tracks total inactivity time. Featuring a colored moving bar, the band alerts the users that they have been sedentary for too long.

The Garmin Vivofit, just like a smartwatch, offers plenty of customizations and smart features.
You can customize the band's always-on display with watch faces and themes via Garmin Connect smartphone app.
Moreover, the band also offers features like finding your phone, weather updates, date and time, alarm clock, timer and stopwatch.
Notably, the Garmin Vivofit 4 is compatible with both iOS and Android.
