(MENAFN) The Kremlin has deemed an unfriendly act out of President Trump silence on the victory of Russian President Vladimir Putin to secure a fourth term in office.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has delivered to reporters a remark on the matter during a phone conversation.
The spokesman said "we don't consider this an unfriendly act. As you know, President Putin is open to normalising relations."
It comes after President Trump failed to congratulate the Russian President following the presidential election on Sunday which he won.
