Highmark and Livongo Health Partner to Empower 2.5 Million People Living with Diabetes in Pennsylvania, Delaware and West Virginia

Prevalence of diabetes in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and West Virginia was 9.31 percent in 20152, making it one of the most highly impacted regions in the country.
