(MENAFN) Botswana's President Ian Khama has condemned President Trump's decision to overturn a bar on importing hunted trophies in deeming it as an encouragement of poaching.
The BBC has received a statement from Botswana's President, as he raised alarm over President Trump's "attitude towards the whole planet" and not only towards wildlife.
It comes as the United States overturned a ban on the import of animal head from Africa, or so-called trophies.
President Khama accused President Trump of "encouraging poaching in this country" even after his government "actually banned hunting".
