Oman- Aster al Raffah Hospital marks International Women's Day


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Aster al Raffah Hospital recently celebrated International Women's Day.

The management team at Aster al Raffah Hospital looks with pride at its workforce which is powered by smart, intelligent and committed women.

The team at Aster al Raffah Hospital has always been a champion in bringing out the best in their female employees. A whopping 65 per cent of the workforce is female and these include both medical and non-medical professionals.

Farzeen Ashik, senior hospital manager of Aster al Raffah Hospitals and Clinics in Oman, said, 'We have almost 1,000 employees and more than half of them are women from different countries, cultures, backgrounds and religions. They all work seamlessly to enhance our customer experience.'

'Our female patients are instantly at ease in our hospital environment,' said Zeeja Noufal, senior insurance manager. Nadiya Azghar Muhammed Hasan al Balushi, director, Human Resources, said, 'I love working here. The atmosphere is so warm and friendly.'

'Women are very committed and have excellent work ethics. They are very focused and hardworking too,' said Seeniya Biju, chief executive officer.
