Russia: thousands march in opposition leader's death anniversary


(MENAFN) A central Moscow boulevard has been flooded with countless people who marched in memory of the death of Russian opposition leader Boris Nemtsov, marking the third year of the tragedy.

The opposition politician has been shot dead when he was taking a walk on a bridge on 27 February in 2015.

The event of the slaying has been spread major distress and shivers down the spine of Russian beleaguered opposition.

A banner that had the phrase "These bullets are in all of us" written on it has been raised by demonstrators in front of the anniversary event held on Sunday.
