(MENAFN) Fire battles between India and Pakistan have been going on in Kashmir province, while hundreds of people ran away, putting the nuclear-armed rivals in suspicion of the 15 year old truce.
The reason behind their battle in the Uri sector on the alleged Line of Control (LoC), which separates the Muslim Himalayan district is not clear yet.
The uptight status has been going for a month now, since the death of six troopers in a violation on an Indian military camp.
India accused Pakistan in the attack and threatened in revenge for the "misadventure".
