(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) PESHAWAR: Fire erupted in a shoe godown in Saddar locality that reduced goods worth millions to ashes, Rescue 1122 said.
Station House Incharge Rescue 1122 said that fire broke out in a house located over the godown, owned by Imperial store, where welding work was going on.
He said that eight fire extinguishing trucks and two ambulances rushed to the site and fire was controlled after three hour of hectic efforts by 50 fire fighters. Quoting Imperial owner, he said that goods worth Rs40 million reduced to ashes in the go-down.
