(MENAFNEditorial) Michael Kyle of Franklin, Indiana recently received advanced level training, from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys, on how to Fight The Lack Of Convergence Test. Michaelreceived training on the issues with the Lack of Convergence Test. Important issues include: the test may not be reliable because some people normally have the inability to cross their eyes, officers can produce an adverse outcome if they fail to let a person wear their glasses during the test, and officers can also produce an adverse outcome if they bring the stimulus in closer than 2 inches from the bridge of the nose.
The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges, Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State), DUI Prosecutors, current Law Enforcement Officers, former Law Enforcement Officers, and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills, knowledge, training, tools, resources, and strategies win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial.

Mike was raised in the tiny farming community of Haubstadt in southwestern Indiana. He made the move 'north to Bloomington where he attended Indiana University and majored in accounting.
Mike started his professional business career in 1993 when he moved to the Kansas City area and began working for QuikTrip, a chain of convenience stores nationally recognized for their quality of employees, their extensive management training programs, and excellent customer service. Mike excelled in the management program over his seven years in Kansas City. He believes this experience is invaluable in his understanding of people.
Mike eventually made the move back to Indiana where he continued to thrive in the retail world as a district manager. His passion for building great teams in the retail environment is directly related to his belief that the best criminal defense can only be achieved through the team concept. Simply put, he believes a group of great people working toward a common goal can achieve great results.
Making the decision to go to law school, Mike earned his Juris Doctoratecum laudefrom Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis in 2008. He used his experience in law school to sample as many areas of the law as possible. While attending law school full time Mike worked as an intern at Indiana Legal Services Senior Law Project, the Indiana Board of Tax Review, and the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies. Mike often held more two internships at any given time. He also was an Article Editor for theIndiana Health Law Review.With all of these activities and maintaining excellent grades, Mike still volunteered his new legal skills, earning the Norman Leftstein Award of Excellence for Pro Bono Service.
Upon graduating from law school, Mike opened his own practice in Franklin, Indiana. He worked two years as a solo practitioner before joining the Criminal Defense Team. Mike is proud to say that he tried his first case to a jury after only practicing alone for six months. He has also written several appeals with legal arguments that were novel enough to be published by the Indiana Court of Appeals.
