(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) PESHAWAR, 19 February: The walima ceremony of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan's third marriage will be held in austerity Bani Gala in next few days, a party spokesman said in a statement on Monday.
The statement further said that the walima reception would be arranged with limited number of guests.
The spokesman brushed aside the reports that Khan and his new wife, Bushra Bibi would be travelling to London or Saudi Arabia for a honeymoon. The statement clarified that Khan had decided not to travel abroad yet.
Imran Khan tied the knot of his third marriage with his spiritual adviser Bushra Bibi and the party confirmed the news only on Sunday evening.
The news of Imran's third marriage with Bushra Manika was first published by a local newspaper on January 1. It was claimed in the news report that Khan married Bushra Bibi and the wedding was held at the later's residence in Lahore.
Personally Imran Khan and the party had been denying the report and termed it fabricated. Later, Imran had said that he did not marry and had only sent a marriage proposal.
