Priyanka's Bollywood comeback could be with 'Aitraaz' sequel

While Priyanka Chopra is busy cementing her position in Hollywood, her fans back home have been dying to watch the actress in a Hindi film again.
Much to the delight of her fans, PeeCee could soon be making a comeback in Bollywood with a sequel to her 2004 superhit 'Aitraaz.'

The scripting for the sequel started a couple of years back and is now complete. Though the film will be a sequel, the storyline will be completely new.
Subhash Ghai is keen on getting Priyanka on board for the project as her stellar act was the highlight of the 2004 film that also starred Akshay Kumar and Lara Dutta.

Priyanka's last Hindi film was Prakash Jha directorial 'Jai Gangaajal' that came out in 2016. The film did not do much at the box-office. Post that, our Desi Girl made her Hollywood debut with 'Baywatch' last year.
She is currently shooting for the third season of her TV series 'Quantico'.
