Farewell for MES Class XII

DOHA: MES Indian School bade farewell to its current batch of Class XII students at a ceremony held at the school's KG Auditorium recently.

A total of 516 students and over 150 school staff took part in a function that marked the culmination of schooling term.

Mixed emotions was high as students fondly recollected their cherished moments at school. The students also expressed their sense of gratitude towards the institution.

'In the cycle of life, accomplishing success is an ongoing process which is assuming different shapes and forms. Its requirement differs from one period of time to other. You can accomplish it with your unlimited talents and potential. As you are in the threshold of facing realities of the world, be dignified in your action, adorn noble qualities of trustworthiness and piety and exercise utmost respect to elders and parents, said A P Khaleel, Director, Cultural/Co-Curricular Activities, MES Governing Board.

Hameeda Kadar, the school principal, after announcing the names of the best students remarked, said, ‘The school on its part equips you with the required knowledge and skill to confront the world outside and thus preparing you for the next phase of life with the guidance and blessings of parents, teachers, and well wishers. We are also fulfilling our obligation as trust worthy custodians of the parents, who have entrusted you all for the intellectual growth and the holistic development at the formative years of your life.
