Omar Guerra, Allstar Surety Branch Manager and Senior Underwriter, will oversee the branch office in Kansas City, Missouri. He brings over 15 years of experience in underwriting throughout the Midwest. Working for one of the largest surety markets, Omar gained experience on the brokerage side as an account executive for a local Kansas City broker specializing in a vast array of surety accounts. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Baker University.
Matt Hollingsworth, Allstar Surety Branch Manager, will oversee the Dallas, Texas branch office. He brings over seven years experience in underwriting, most recently managing an extensive book of business with local Texas and Oklahoma contractors. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A & M University as well as AFSB and CPCU designations. He is a member of the Dallas Surety Association, Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP).
Opening the Dallas and Kansas City office locations will provide an expanding footprint for Allstar Surety with a priority of providing expertise to the specific nuances of those marketplaces. These branch locations will be dedicated to aiding the areas' agency force who specialize in Construction and Risk Mitigation.
