(MENAFN) Mozambican sources confirmed the death of over 17 people amid a sectional collapse of a massive pile affected by the heavy rain in Maputo, Mozambique's capital.
The relief crew believes that other people might be underneath the wreckage at the Hulene waste.
The source added that five houses were devastated as a result of the incident, as a number of families abandoned their homes over the risk of a second destruction.
