African Union sets up observation mission members in Djibouti


(MENAFN) The African Union (AU) arrangement of election observers in Djibouti was confirmed to have been completed.

The observers have been set up for the legislative elections that are set to be carried out in the Horn of African nation on Friday.

The pan-African bloc has released a statement confirmed the AU election observation mission (AUEOM) to has been selected by the AU Commission's Chairperson Moussa Faki Mahamat.

The objective of the observation mission was explained to be securing fair, unbiased and independent observation and review of the organization along with the course elections are taking.
