Iran's plane crash wreckage hunt continues

(MENAFN) Iranian relief crews are in the middle of relentless attempts to find any trace of remains after the plane carrying 65 passengers crashed, while the extremely cold weather along with mountainous areas obstructed their search.

The crashed plane supposedly fell in a mountainous place outside the town of Semirom.

Helicopters, mountain relief groups from the military and Red Crescent, in addition to civilian volunteers, reportedly helped in seeking survivors, even though the possibility of finding any is weak.

Iran requested help from European countries and China's satellite screens for the search process, as confirmed by Mojtaba Saradeghi, the deputy head of the Iranian Space Agency.
