Doha: As a voluntary initiative, a number of people on Doha Corniche yesterday cleaned the locality of wastes scattered around.
This positive initiative of the public has been launched as a response to the interaction with the awareness-raising campaign carried out by the Ministry of Municipality and Environment as set out in Law No. 18 of 2017 on Public Hygiene which has come into effect from February 1 this year.
The Ministry extended thanks and appreciation to the people who participated in the initiative by cleaning the Corniche.
