Pakistan- Cop in Swabi suspended over abusive words against CM in video viral on social media

(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) PESHAWAR: A police constable was suspended for using indecent language against Chief Minister Pervez Khattak and was ordered to report at the police line.

In a video that has been viral on social media constable Abid is shown responding to chief minister's unparliamentary words against the police during a public gathering in Swabi. Abid said that he was holding these public gatherings because of the police and used the same words from him.

On the other hand, district nazim Amir Rahman, tehsil Rajar nazim Ghulam Haqqani and other political leaders condemned suspension of the constable and declared it a violation of basic human rights.

They said that the CM too has no right to use such language that hurt emotions of the force while no one in his own party take action against the CM. They added that a poor constable whose ego was hurt by his word was punished for his response.
