Pakistan- Another tribal youth found dead in Karachi after going missing from his flat on Feb 16


(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) KARACHI: Member National Assembly from Bajaur Agency Shahabuddin Khan announced to stage a protest on floor of National Assembly against the murder of another Pakhtun youth Ahmad Shah in Karachi.

Relatives said that Ahmad Shah, a resident of Mamond tehsil and who was living in Karachi, went missing from his flat in Scout Colony two days and his body was recovered last night. The police said that Shah was tortured before being shot dead.

His body was taken to hospital for postmortem that was later identified and handed over to his relatives. He was a student of M.Sc Zoology and was doing part time job to meet his educational expenses.

The recent extra-judicial killing of 27-year old Naqibullah Mehsud had caused unrest and a long march from South Waziristan Agency was launched to get justice for him.

The peaceful march titled as Pashtun Long March staged a 10-day sit-in that had drawn attention of international media and condemnation from the international community. Bowing before pressure, the government promised to arrest killer police officer along with his subordinates.

Extra-judicial murder of Pakhtun youth in fake encounters in Karachi continued for years and SSP Rao Anwar has killed around 444 persons in encounter with not a single injured from police side.
