(MENAFN- Trend News Agency ) The Israeli military registered a rocket launch from the Gaza Strip targeting the southern part of the country, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesperson said late on Sunday, Sputnik reported.
'A rocket was launched at southern Israel from the Gaza Strip. Sirens sounded in the Sha'ar HaNegev Regional Council and the city of Sderot,' the spokesperson wrote on Twitter.
However, no information about casualties or material damages were provided.
