Deceased MP Cox's sister express support for widower


(MENAFN) Deceased MP Jo Cox's sibling has confirmed his family to have the back of her widower after allegations of misconduct emerged.

The MP's widower, Brendan Cox, was revealed to have left a couple of charities establish on the honor of his late wife after the allegations come into sight and after he expressed regret over the "hurt and offence" his history presented.

"This is another very difficult day for our family", the sister of the murdered, Kim Leadbeater, stated before adding "as a family we will support Brendan as he endeavours to do the right thing by admitting mistakes he may have made in the past, and we respect him for doing so."

She continued "we all make mistakes. Brendan is a wonderful father and I have no doubt about the happiness he brought to Jo."
