KUWAIT, Feb 18 (KUNA) — His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah ordered the payment of debts for citizens and expatriates in residing prison, said the Amiri Diwan in a statement Sunday.
His Highness the Amir's generous step came in celebration of Kuwait's 57th National Day and 27th Anniversary of Liberation, added the statement.
