(MENAFN) During the 2018 World Government Summit, a memorandum of understanding has been signed by the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE) and Majid Al Futtaim Group.
Minister of Climate Change and Environment Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al-Zeyoudi has inked the MoU with Majid Al Futtaim's Chief Executive Officer Alain Bejjani.
The cooperation which is brought by the MoU is aligned with the dedication of the UAE to boost lifestyle quality, make a green economic transformation, and deal with climate change's roots and effects.
"Solving the challenges of climate change by optimising the implementation of laid plans and strategies requires action across nations and industries," Dr. Al-Zeyoudi emphasized.
