(MENAFN) Sinn Fein MP Barry McElduff was confirmed to have tendered his resignation after a controversial video emerged on the Kingsmills massacre anniversary.
According to the MP, the reason behind his decision to step down was the excessive controversy he faced after posting the footage on Twitter.
McElduff explained that even though he thought the video and the massacre weren't related, a great number of people believe they were.
